Thank you for shopping with SM MOBILE. We strive to provide quality mobile accessories at wholesale prices. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product received in damaged condition.
- Manufacturing defect in the product.
- Incorrect quantity supplied.
Any return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
- Products with physical damage caused after delivery.
- Products without original packaging or accessories.
- Used, installed, or modified products.
- Clearance, promotional, or special offer items unless damaged or defective.
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our customer support team.
- Provide your Order ID.
- Share clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Wait for return approval before sending the product.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Product Inspection
Once the returned product is received, our quality team will inspect it.
If the return is approved, we will process either:
- Product replacement (subject to stock availability), or
- Refund as per our policy.
5. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection.
Refunds will be credited through the original payment method wherever possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer after collecting the required bank details.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong product, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), return shipping charges may be reimbursed or arranged by us.
- If the return is due to reasons not covered under this policy, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may request a return only if eligible under this policy.
8. Wholesale Orders
As we primarily supply products to wholesalers, retailers, and distributors, bulk orders may be subject to different return conditions depending on the product category and quantity ordered.
